أوقفت عناصر المركز القضائي للدرك الملكي بالفقيه بن صالح الإثنين الماضي، متهما ملتحيا متلبسا بممارسة الجنس مع خليلته المتحجبة التي كانت ترتدي برقعا بعدما اختلى بها بعيدا عن أعين الناس ناشدا المتعة المحرمة.

وفور إيقافه، أبلغت فرقة الدرك الملكي النيابة العامة بالحادث الذي أثار استغراب المواطنين ومعارفه الذين صعقوا بخبر إيقافه، ليتم بعدها إيداع الموقوفين تحت تدابير الحراسة النظرية لفائدة البحث، في انتظار استكمال إجراءات التحقيق وعرضهما على العدالة يوم الأربعاء  الجاري أمام أنظار وكيل الملك بابتدائية الفقيه بن صالح من أجل تهم تتعلق بالخيانة الزوجية والمشاركة والإخلال بالحياء العام.

ويتعلق الأمر بمتهم متزوج، أب لأربعة أبناء، في العقد الرابع من عمره، يتحدر من إقليم الفقيه، ربط علاقة جنسية مع عشيقته المتحجبة بلباس البرقع الذي يغطي كامل جسدها، في العقد الثالث من عمرها، تتحدر من مدينة الدار البيضاء، أم لبنات، حصلت على طلاق الشقاق أخيرا من زوجها الذي هاجر إلى سوريا للقتال إلى جانب المجموعات المتطرفة، وتركها لقمة سائغة للضياع.

وأفادت مصادر مطلعة، أن العشيقة تقطن بمدينة الفقيه بن صالح، وتواظب على ارتداء البرقع وحضور الدروس الدينية، ولعبت الصدفة دورا في لقاء الموقوفين، قبل أن يضرب المتهم موعدا لها في حقل زراعي بضواحي مدينة الفقيه بن صالح لقضاء لحظات حميمية لم تكتمل متعتهما، بعد أن باغتتهما عناصر الدرك الملكي في وضعية تلبس بممارسة الجنس ما وضع العشيقين في موقف حرج كبير سيما أن خبر إيقافهما انتشر بين أقاربهما ومعارفهما.
