Pete and Alisha Arnold, both 30, launched www.birthornot.com which allows the public to vote on whether they should abort their 17 week old foetus. In a macabre twist, the Minnesota couple want the public to decide whether or not to go through with the birth or have an abortion and have installed a voting page on the site – ironically powered by Poll Daddy. The latest results shows a fairly split opinion on the subject with 46.27 per cent voting to keep the baby and 53.73 per cent wanting the couple to have an abortion. November 18, 21010.
