افتتاح أشغال الندوة العلمية الثالثة للدورة الثامنة عشرة لجامعة مولاي علي الشريف

بني ملال/18 أبريل 2014/ومع/ افتتحت، صباح اليوم الجمعة ببني ملال، الندوة العلمية الثالثة للدورة الثامنة عشرة لجامعة مولاي علي الشريف، والمنظمة حول موضوع “المرحلة الثانية من عهد السلطان سيدي محمد بن يوسف : 1939 – 1955”.

وقال السيد عبد الحق المريني، مؤرخ المملكة الناطق الرسمي باسم القصر الملكي، في كلمة تليت نيابة عنه في افتتاح أشغال هذه الندوة، إن إقامة هذا اللقاء العلمي يروم “توسيع دائرة الإفادة وإتاحة الفرصة لأكبر عدد من مثقفي كل جهة من جهات المملكة لتساهم بدورها في توسيع دائرة معارف الأجيال الصاعدة حول كفاح أجدادهم المناضلين وملوكهم الميامين في المحافظة على سيادة البلاد ووحدتها الترابية والوطنية والدينية، وحراسة حدودها من كل معتد أثيم وصيانة كرامة أهلها وذويها”.

وأشار السيد المريني، رئيس اللجنة العلمية لجامعة مولاي علي الشريف، إلى أن هذه الندوة العلمية تأتي عقب الندوة الأولى التي نظمت بالرشيدية والثانية بالناظور، واللتان تضمنتا عددا من العروض والبحوث القيمة أعقبتها مناقشات شارك فيها عدد من المهتمين والمتتبعين تعميما للفائدة المرجوة.

من جانبه، أبرز الكاتب العام لوزارة الثقافة السيد محمد لطفي المريني، في كلمة له، أن اختيار مدينة بني ملال لاحتضان أشغال هذه الندوة، الذي جاء باقتراح من الوزارة واللجنة العلمية للجامعة، وبمباركة سامية من صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نظرا لاعتبارات “ترتبط بعراقة المدينة وعمقها الحضاري، وللسجل الحافل بالبطولات لرجال ونساء جهة تادلة – أزيلال الأبرار، الذين ساهموا بقسط وافر في كتابة تاريخ الحرية والاستقلال بمداد الدم والتضحيات”.

وقال السيد محمد لطفي المريني إن تنظيم هذا اللقاء العلمي بعاصمة جهة تادلة – أزيلال، يعد كذلك مناسبة للتفكير في الوضع الثقافي بالمدينة والجهة، والبحث عن سبل الرقي به وتطويره للمساهمة في تحقيق التطلعات التنموية للمواطنين، مؤكدا أن الوزارة “لم تدخر جهدا لتمكين الجهة من منجزات ومشاريع ثقافية هامة”.

وأشار، في هذا الصدد، إلى ترميم أسوار دمنات والقصبة الإسماعيلية وإغرم نايت أقديم، وإعداد دراسة ترميم وإعادة الاعتبار لقصبة الزيدانية ولدار مولاي هشام وترميم مخازن أوجكال وغيرها، مع مشاريع في طور الإنجاز كبناء خمسة أبواب بالمدينة القديمة، مضيفا أنه في مجال البنيات التحتية الثقافية، تم إنجاز عدد من المؤسسات الثقافية ونقط القراءة، من قبيل المراكز الثقافية لكل من أزيلال وبني ملال والفقيه بن صالح وقصبة تادلة، وأخرى في طور الإنجاز في كل من سوق السبت وزاوية الشيخ ودمنات.

من جهته، أبرز والي جهة تادلة – أزيلال عامل إقليم بني ملال، السيد محمد فنيد، أن “الجهة كانت من بين قلاع الوطنية الصادقة، وحصنا من حصون الدفاع عن استقلال المغرب والتشبث بالعروة الوثقى التي تجمع ساكنة الجهة بالعرش العلوي المجيد”، مشيرا إلى أن دماء المجاهدين والمقاومين روت تراب هذه الجهة في معارك عديدة ضد المستعمر.

وقال إن هذه الدورة ستعكس “ما دأب عليه الملوك العلويون الذي حرصوا دوما على أن يظل المغرب متشبثا بجذوره التاريخية وعناصر هويته متمسكا بقيمه وثقافته معتزا بحاضره ومنجزاته ومتطلعا بطموح إلى المستقبل”.

من جانبه، قال رئيس مجلس جهة تادلة – أزيلال، السيد صالح حمزاوي، إن اختيار مدينة بني ملال كعاصمة للجهة لاحتضان هذه التظاهرات الثقافية والعلمية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية له دلالات رمزية متعددة، منها أن هذه “الجهة المجاهدة قاومت الاستعمار بشجاعة من أجل الاستقلال والحرية”.

كما تناول السيد حمزاوي بعضا من أبعاد شخصية المغفور له السلطان سيدي محمد بن يوسف، مشيرا، بالخصوص، إلى الدور الذي اضطلع به في تحقيق التنمية والإصلاح في جميع الميادين، وكذا في الدفاع عن حق الشعوب الشقيقة في الحرية والاستقلال.

وقال رئيس المجلس البلدي لبني ملال، السيد أحمد شد، إن تنظيم مثل هذه التظاهرات الثقافية الكبرى بالمدينة يعتبر “لبنة أساسية في مشروع تأهيل المدينة وجعلها عاصمة حقيقية للجهة ممتلكة لكل مقومات المدينة العصرية”.

وأكد أن من شأن هذا المشروع أن يبني صورة مشرفة للمدينة، يتجاوز دورها “توفير الحاجيات الأولوية والأساسية للمواطنين لتضطلع بتأمين حاجياتهم الروحية والفكرية”.

وتم خلال الجلسة الافتتاحية لهذه الندوة، والتي حضرتها، على الخصوص، السيدة بهيجة سيمو، مديرة الوثائق الملكية، وأعضاء اللجنة العلمية لجامعة مولاي علي الشريف ومنتخبون وثلة من الباحثين والمفكرين والمؤرخين، عرض شريط وثائقي من إنتاج الشركة الوطنية للإذاعة والتلفزة.

ويتضمن برنامج هذه الندوة، التي تمتد على مدى يومين، إقامة جلستين علميتين تتناول الأولى خمسة مواضيع هي “مكانة السلطان محمد بن يوسف لدى قبائل الأطلس المتوسط”، و”السلطان محمد بن يوسف والحركة الوطنية المغربية”، و”الاحتفال بعودة السلطان محمد بن يوسف متوجا ببشرى الاستقلال والحرية يوم 16 نونبر 1955″ و”مساهمة منطقة زمور في النضال الوطني ضد الاستعمار (1939-1955)”، و”ردود الفعل الوطنية والدولية إزاء مؤامرة خلع السلطان سيدي محمد بن يوسف سنة 1953”.

أما الجلسة الثانية فستعرف تقديم عروض حول مواضيع “السلطان محمد بن يوسف والحرب العالمية الثانية” و”المغرب في مواجهة الحرب العالمية الثانية (1939-1945)”، و”التسامح الديني في فكر السلطان سيدي محمد بن يوسف” و”كتاب مدرسي من سنة 1955 (اقرأ) لأحمد بوكماخ”.
