ندوات علمية لفريق البحث في التاريخ والتراث والثقافة والتنمية الجهوية في مهرجان تيغراتين بدمنات

في إطار الأنشطة الموازية “لمهرجان تيغراتين” ربيع أطلس دمنات، نظم فريق البحث في التاريخ والتراث والثقافة والتنمية الجهوية، بمعية الطلبة الباحثين في مركز الدكتوراه، بتنسيق مع مركز أعلام دمنات للدراسات حول التنمية المجالية، وإدارة مهرجان تيغراتين والمجلس الجماعي لدمنات، ندوة في موضوع: “التاريخ والعمق الإفريقي لدمنات” صبيحة يوم الخميس 12/04/2018 بمركب شمس الجزيرة بدمنات، تزامنا وفعاليات المهرجان المقام تحت شعار “تنمية المجال في تثمينه” من8 إلى 15 أبريل 2018. وترأست الندوة الدكتورة سعاد بلحسين ،أستاذة التعليم العالي بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية، جامعة السلطان مولاي سليمان ببني ملال ومديرة فريق البحث في التاريخ والتراث والثقافة والتنمية الجهوية، بحضور مجموعة من الطلبة الباحثين وفعاليات المجتمع المدني وشخصيات مهتمة بالتراث.
وتعتبر هذه الندوة نافذة علمية، تفتح أمام الباحث والمجتمع المدني فرصة النبش في التاريخ الجهوي في علاقته بالعمق الإفريقي، وربط جسور التواصل بين الشمال والجنوب، باعتبار دمنات كانت تشكل إحدى المحطات الأساسية في توقف القوافل التجارية، وما تحمله من ثقافات وعادات وتقاليد، لا زالت راسخة في ذهنية أهل دمنات، وما خلفه ذلك التواصل من تأثير وتأثر سواء على مستوى التراث المادي أو اللامادي، وكيفية الحفاظ عليه، وتثمينه وتكثيف الجهود لإدماجه في محيطه السوسيو ثقافي الجهوي وربطه بالتنمية، واستثماره في مجال السياحة الثقافية، باعتباره مرآة حقيقية تعكس الهوية والتاريخ والذاكرة المحلية.
افتتحت الجلسة الأستاذة سعاد بلحسين بكلمة نوهت فيها بمركز أعلام دمنات، وبمديره الأستاذ مولاي الرضى بةستة، والمجهودات التي ما فتئ يبذلها، ومبادرة ربط الثقافة بالغناء والترفيه، وبعد ذلك تحدثت عن تاريخ دمنات العريق وعلاقته بإفريقيا، باعتباره ذاكرة ذلك مكان. وما الاهتمام بها اليوم إلا صرخة باحث، لعل آذان المسؤولين تلتقطها وتلتفت إلى هذا التراث، لاعتماده كمقاربة تنموية، قبل أن يلفه النسيان، ويصبح في خبر كان.
وبعد ذلك أعطت الكلمة للمحافظ الجهوي للتراث الثقافي بجهة بني ملال خنيفرة، السيد عبد السلام أمرير، الذي أكد على دور التراث المادي والرمزي في التنمية المستدامة للمنطقة. تلتها كلمة مدير المهرجان الأستاذ عبدالعالي باروكي، الذي شكر الحضور على تلبية الدعوة ودور المهرجان ومدير مركز أعلام دمنات للدراسات حول التنمية المجالية الذي أثت لهذا العرس الثقافي الجميل، مشيدا بمثل هذه الملتقيات التي تستهدف التعريف بالتراث المحلي وتثمينه وربطه بالتنمية المحلية، مؤكدا أن موضوع هذه الندوة له مكانة خاصة باعتباره عرسا يؤرخ ويسلط الضوء على معلمة تاريخية- دمنات، لعبت أدوارا طلائعية عبر التاريخ.
ومساء نفس اليوم، قام الحضور بزيارة مركب تامونت الجميل، بغية ربط جسور التواصل والترابط وملامسة روح المكان، حيت تجول الوفد بين أرجائه مستعينين بشروحات مديره الذي أبى إلا أن يصنع منه متحفا مفتوحا لكل أطياف التراث.
وبعد الساعة الرابعة مساءا افتتحت ورشة علمية تحت عنوان: “البحث العلمي في خدمة التنمية” من تأطير الأستاذة سعاد بلحسن، لفائدة الطلبة الباحثين والطبقة العالمة، بغية التحسيس بالعمق التاريخي والثقافي لمدينة دمنات، والوقوف على تاريخيها الثقافي والديني والسياسي… هذه العناية تتعدى الرموز التي من أجلها بنيت مدينة دمنات، وما تتضمنه من أسوار وقصور ومواقع أثرية … هي أكبر من البناية والجدران. وما الحفاظ على هذه الجدران إلا حفاظ على ذاكرة المكان وهوية الإنسان الدمناتي… مطالبة في ختام كلمتها إدراج مادة التراث ضمن المقررات الدراسية، وتضمين التاريخ الإفريقي في المقرارت …لإعطاء نماذج رائعة يحتذى بها في التآخي والتعايش بين الناس من مختلف الملل، والنحل، والأصناف والألوان…ومعرفة العلاقة المتينة التي تربط المغرب بإفريقيا.
