توقيف الفكاهي ديودوني بتهمة الإشادة بالإرهاب ومبرر حرية التعبير حرام عليه حلال على غيره
مرة أخرى وعقب تصريح له على الفايسبوك قال فيه“اشعر انني شارلي كوليبالي”, خالطا بين اسم الجهادي الذي قتل شرطية وأربعة يهود في تلك الهجمات وشعار “أنا شارلي” الذي يرفعه ملايين المتظاهرين في فرنسا والعالم ضد الإرهاب منذ أسبوع ,أقدمت شرطة باريس يوم الأربعاء على إيقاف الفكاهي الفرنسي المثير للجدل ديودونيه في إطار تحقيق بتهمة “الإشادة بالإرهاب” بعد الهجمات الدامية التي شهدتها فرنسي في الأسبوع الفائت, بحسب مصدر قضائي.
وكان ديودونيه قد أكد في تصريح على الفيسبوك تم محوه لاحقا أكد ديودونيه انه شارك في التظاهرة التاريخية الأحد لتكريم ضحايا الإرهاب, لكن بطريقة ساخرة, واصفا إياها بأنها “لحظة ساحرة كالبيغ بانغ”.
وأضاف “اعلموا أنني شعرت هذا المساء بأنني شارلي كوليبالي”.وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن القضاء الفرنسي اعتاد متابعة ديودونيه مرارا بسبب ما تعتبره تصريحات معادية للسامية في حين تغض الطرف عن الإساءة لمقدسات مليار ونصف من المسلمين.إذ كانت نيابة باريس فتحت تحقيقا بتهمة “الإشادة بالإرهاب” نفسها في مطلع ايلول/سبتمبر بعد نشر فيديو للفكاهي وهو يسخر من إعدام الصحافي الأميركي جيمس فولي بقطع رأسه على يد تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية.
وفي فيديو سابق عام 2010، دعا الفكاهي إلى الإفراج عن يوسف فوفانا الذي أدين بتهمة قتل الشاب اليهودي ايلان حليمي في فرنسا بعد خطفه وتعذيبه عام 2006. ولوحق ديودونيه بعد صدور التسجيل، ثم تمت تبرئته في مطلع شباط/فبراير, لكن ما زال عليه المثول أمام القضاء الخميس في استئناف شق الحق المدني من القضية.
في أواخر 2013 منع القضاء عددا من عروض ديودونيه مبالا، فيما فتح تحقيق في تموز/يوليو بتهمة تهربه من الضرائب واستغلال المال العام،ليتبين بجلاء أن الحرية التي تتبجح بها فرنسا وتبرر بها الإسائة الى الرسول محمد(ص)حلال عليها حرام على غيره.
