إيقاف صاحب محل لعرض المأكولات بتهمة ابتزاز زوار المنتجع
أوقفت فرقة الدراجين التابعة لولاية الأمن ببني ملال، مطلع الأسبوع الجاري، متهما بمحاولة قتل شاب بعد جره مسافة طويلة عندما تدخل لتهدئة المعتدي الذي هاجم موكب عروس بمنتجع عين أسردون، قصدته رفقة عريسها لأخذ صور تذكارية سيرا على عادة سكان المدينة الذين يقضون لحظات فرح طويلة ليلة العرس، مستمتعين بخرير مياه الشلالات المتدفقة وجمالها الأخاذ.
وأفادت مصادر الصباح، أن المتهم الذي كان يمتطي سيارة مرقمة بالخارج، كان في حالة سكر طافح، اعترض سبيل الموكب ووجه كلاما نابيا لموكب العرس، مرفوقا بعبارات خادشة للحياء، ما دفع الضحية إلى التوجه نحوه بغية لتودد إليه، للكف عن سلوكه غير المقبول.
وأضافت مصادر متطابقة، أن الضحية الذي كان بالقرب من نافذة السيارة التي كان يمتطيها المتهم، بوغت بتدخل المعتدي الذي جره إليه، ثم انطلق مسرعا باتجاه وسط المدينة غير عابئ بصرخات النجدة التي أطلقها، ما حذا بالعريس إلى امتطاء سيارته أملا في إنقاذ قريبه من موت محقق.
وأمام خطورة الموقف، طالب أفراد عائلته بنجدته دون أن يتوقف المتهم عن سلوكه الطائش، ما صعب مأمورية رجال الأمن الذين تدخلوا للحيلولة دون وقوع كارثة غير منتظرة.
واستمر المتهم في إثارة الفوضى داخل شوارع المدينة، بعد أن رمى بالضحية الذي أصيب برضوض في رأسه، إثر ارتطامه بقوة بالأرض مرات عديدة، غير عابئ بتحذيرات رجال الأمن الذين واصلوا عملهم بإخلاء الشارع من المارة أملا في إيجاد الفرصة الملائمة للحد من تهور المعتدي الذي واصل شغبه، غير مكترث بالخسائر المادية التي ألحقها بممتلكات الدولة.
وبعد صعوبة بالغة، أوقفت فرقة الدراجين المتهم الذي عجز عن مواصلة الفوضى التي أحدثها في الشارع العام بعد محاصرته وشل حركته، ليتم نقله على متن سيارة الأمن للاستماع إليه في محضر قانوني وتقديمه للعدالة لتقول كلمتها.
كما أوقفت عناصر فرقة أمنية بالمدار السياحي لعين أسردون، التابعة للدائرة الخامسة للشرطة ببني ملال، نهاية الأسبوع الماضي، متهمين من أجل تهم الاعتداء على زوار المنتجع والنصب والابتزاز، والزيادة في أسعار المأكولات دون سند قانوني، والوساطة في ذلك.

ومن بين الضحايا الذين راحوا ضحية عملية نصب وابتزاز، شخصان يتحدران من مدينة تقع بجنوب المغرب ، ويتعلق الأمر بمهندس وزوجته، تم النصب عليهما بالمدار السياحي لعين أسردون ببني ملال بعدما استدرجهما “عارض ” المأكولات للمصيدة، وبعد تناولهما وجبة الغذاء، أمرهما مالك المقهى” الشعبية” بأداء ثمن الوجبة التي تناولها الضحيتان بمحله، وهي عبارة عن (طاجين ملالي) بمبلغ 300 درهم، فضلا عن أداء ثمن لتر واحد من مشروب غازي بمبلغ 30 درهما، إضافة إلى أداء واجب استغلال الباحة المخصصة للأكل 50 درهما.
وفوجئ الزوجان بارتفاع ثمن الفاتورة التي لم يتم الاتفاق عليها سلفا، وأمام تعنت المتهمين ورفضهما التنازل عن مطالبهما، تم تقديم شكوى في الموضوع لدى الفرقة الأمنية المكلفة بالمدار السياحي لعين أسردون، التابعة للدائرة الخامسة للشرطة ببني ملال، التي أوقفت صاحب المحل بمعية رفيقه الذي كان في حالة سكر، إذ تمت إحالتهما على النيابة العامة ببني ملال للاستماع إليهما فيما نسب إليهما من اتهامات.
