أزيد من 13 مليار سنتيم لبناء وتقوية وتوسيع الطرق بجماعات ترابية بإقليم الفقيه بن صالح

مواكبة للمشاريع التنموية التي يشهدها إقليم الفقيه بن صالح، تفقد نور الدين أعبو عامل الإقليم،  رفقة كمال المحفوظرئيس المجلس الإقليمي للفقيه بن صالح، وعبد الوهاب فاضل الكاتب العام للعمالة، وعبد الرحيم المسعودي مدير الديوان ورؤساء المصالح المعنية، وبعض ممثلي السلطات المحلية، يومه الخميس 04 ماي 2017، مجموعة من الأوراش المفتوحة بعدة جماعات ترابية، بغية الوقوف على مدى تقدم الأشغال بها  .

أولى محطات الزيارة ، كانمركز أولاد بوخدوبجماعة الكريفات، حيث اطلع عامل الإقليم والوفد المرافق له على سير أشغال تأهيل المركز، واستمع بالمناسبة إلى احتياجات فاعلين جمعويين ينشطون بوحدة مدرسية بأولاد بوخدو، وقد أسفر اللقاء عن اتفاق الطرفين علىتهيئة ساحة للتلاميذ وملعب رياضي، وتوفير مختلف التجهيزات واللوازم الرياضية، وبناء سور للوحدة الدراسية.

و بمركز أولاد ساسي بجماعة بني وكيل، اطلع الوفد على سير الأشغال المتعلقة ، ببناء الطريق الرابطة بين قرى بني وكيل وأولاد ساسي  بتكلفة بلغت :12.946.800.00 درهم بتمويل مشترك بين الميزانية الإقليمية والمجمع الشريف للفوسفاط ، وتهيئ مركز بني وكيل :34.750.488.00 درهم بتمويل مشترك بين الميزانية الإقليمية والمجمع الشريف للفوسفاط وبالموازاة  اطلع الوفد على مشروع  بناء وتجهيز دار الطالبة بمركز بني وكيل  بتكلفة تقدر ب: 4.303.612.00 درهم بتمويل من صندوق المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية. ، وعرج على دوار المرابطة بجماعة أولاد زمام، وتفقد  سير أشغال توسيع و تقوية الطريق الرئيسية بها .

ومن اجل ذات الغاية حل عامل الاقليم بمركز أولاد بوعزة بجماعة أولاد بورحمون، من اجل الاطلاع على اشغال تأهيل مركز اولاد بوعزة  في اطار شراكة مع المجلس الاقليمي بتكلفة مالية بلغت 21321708.00 درهم ، واستمع الى بعض الفعاليات المحلية ورئيس الجماعة ، وقد ابدى انشغاله بالدينامية التي تعرفها الجماعة على غرار نظيراتها بالإقليم.

وفي سياق مراقبة الأشغال ومتابعتها ، طالب ذات المسئول الإقليمي من المقاول بذل المزيد من المجهودات قصد استكمال الأشغال في أقرب وقت، مع التقيد بدفتر التحملات و مراعاة الجودة واحترام المعايير المعمول بها.

و بمركز النكار بجماعة سيدي عيسى بن علي، شدد عامل الاقليم على اهمية الشراكات التي عقدها المجلس الجماعي  سواء مع المجلس الاقليمي او باقي الأطراف الأخرى ، وقال ان جماعة سيدي عيسى اصبحت بحكم الطفرة التنموية الاخيرة التي عرفتها بنيتها التحتية، مركزا حضاريا بامتياز، وانها  بدون شك ستحتل صدارة المراكز الحضرية الاولى بالإقليم.

و على هامش الزيارة ، قال كمال محفوظ ، رئيس المجلس الإقليمي، أن تأهيل جماعات الاقليم يأتي في اطار استراتيجية عامة تروم النهوض بالبنيات التحتية، وتسعى إلى تقوية  آليات الشراكة مع مختلف الجماعات الترابية بالإقليم .

وقال ان التكلفة المالية التي ضخها المجلس الاقليمي بتنسيق مع كافة  شركائه من اجل تأهيل مجموعة من الدواوير، لكي ترقى إلى مصاف المراكز الحضرية بالإقليم ، تُجسد الإستراتيجية الجديدة  للمجلس الاقليمي الذي يهدف الى تفعيل  سياسة الدولة  برؤية جد  فعالة ، تنهض على مبدأ التشاركية وتتغيى إعطاء الأسبقية للأولويات  وللمشاريع ذات الوقع الايجابي على المواطن .

والى جانب هذه الجماعات الترابية التي كانت موضوع زيارة عامل الإقليم ، تعرف جماعة أولاد ناصر القروية وجماعة أولاد عياد دينامية موسعة على مستوى تهيئ الطرق وتقويتها وإعدادها  سواء في إطار شراكة مع المجلس الإقليمي كما هو الشأن لجماعة أولاد ناصر التي استفادت من صفقة مهمة سيتم بموجها تهيئة أزيد من 30 كلم ، أو في إطار شراكة مع مجلس جهة بني ملال اخنيفرة كما تم مع بلدية أولاد عياد التي تجري بها الأشغال الآن من أجل تهيئة حوالي 16 كلم بمدار حضاري لا يتجاوز 3كلم مربع .

وهي في مجملها مشاريع تنموية تنضاف إلى سابقاتها وتعكس حرص عامل الإقليم على مواكبة  الدينامية التي يعرفها الإقليم المحدث بفعل سلسلة من الأوراش الهامة التي تم إطلاقها منذ إحداثه سنة 2010 بدعم وتمويل من المجلس الإقليمي أو من طرف صندوق المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية على مستويات عدة همت بالخصوص شبكة الربط  بالماء والكهرباء والصرف الصحي  وشبكة الطرق وانجاز المسالك و النهوض بقطاع التعليم وتقوية المرافق الاجتماعية (دور الطالبة ، ملاعب السوسيو- رياضية ، دور الولادة ونوادي التعليم الأولي.. )الخ .
