نظمت جامعة السلطان مولاي سليمان وكلية الآداب والعلوم والإنسانية والمكتب المسير لشرفاء الزاوية الصومعية، مختبر البحث في التاريخ والتراث والثقافة والتنمية الجهوي ، الرابطة الشرقاوية للدراسات والأبحاث العلمية، الجمعية الجهوية للتراث والتنمية بشراكة مع المجلسين : البلدي و العلمي لبني ملال والمجلس العلمي لأزيلال بالزاوية الصومعية بمدينة الملتقى العلمي الأول في موضوع دور الزوايا في التأطير الديني والمجتمعي ” زاوية الشيخ أحمد بن أبي القاسم الصومعي” وحضر هذا الملتقى والي جهة تادلة أزيلال وعامل إقليم بني ملال إلى جانبه العديد من الشخصيات.
واستعرض المشاركون سيرة ومنجزات شيخ الزاوية سيدي أحمد بن أبي القاسم الصومعي مبرزين دور الزوايا الحيوي، ما جعل منها سلطة جهوية بامتياز حققت التوازن المنشود بين مختلف مكونات المجتمع المغربي من قاعدته إلى أعلاه، حيث أنابتها المملكة الشريفة في شؤون الدين والدنيا لما لها من مؤهلات تأطيرية دينيا وتربويا وعلميا واجتماعيا، انطلاقا من هذه الأهمية انكبت الندوة على معالجة مختلف جوانب الموضوع الذي يحتاج إلى أكثر من ندوة، يشارك فيها الحقوقي والسياسي وخبير الإدارة الترابية والمؤرخ والسوسيولوجي والانتروبولوجي والمختص في التنمية البشرية ناهيك عن علماء الدين والأديان المقارنة وعلماء النفس
و تخلل هذا اللقاء تكريم شخصيتين بارزتين هما الدكتور بوشعيب مرناري رئيس جامعة السلطان مولاي سليمان لعطاءاته وإنجازات الجامعة وأطرها العاملين بها، والدكتور مصطفى بن خليفة عربوش ابن المنطقة الذي خص تاريخها وتراثها وأعلامها ووثائقها ومخطوطاتها بعناية متميزة على الصعيد الجهوي، وقد تخلف هذا الباحث عن حضور هذا الملتقى وعن توقيع كتابه بعنوان التشوف الصغير الذي يعتبر من تراث الزاوية المتميز نظرا لإصابته بوعكة صحية مفاجئة نقل على إثرها إلى إحدى مصحات المدينة، حيث زاره وفد يتقدمه والي الجهة للإطمئنان على صحته، وقد كان بصدد طبع كتابه الموسوعي عن تاريخ وتراث بني ملال وبلاد تادلة وورديغة وبني عمير وبني شكدال وقبائل الجبل.
وتخللت هذا الملتقى و برحاب المسجد الجديد للصومعة الذي لم يسع الحضور الغفير على تنوع مشاربه وخصوصا الطلبة منهم، انعقاد ثلاثة جلسات تناولت بالدرس والتحليل مواضيع مختلفة امتدت إلى ساعة متأخرة من ليلتي الثلاثاء والأربعاء الماضيين، بعدها اختتم الملتقى بتنظيم الجلسة الرابعة وزيارة ميدانية لزاوية تناغملت بجماعة أوزود بإقليم أزيلال ،ونظم على هامش الملتقى معرض ضم بعض أهم المخطوطات والمؤلفات والوثائق التي تؤرخ لحقبة قديمة من الزمن
