وتهدف الجمعية من خلال هذه الورشات إلى تكوين الحرفي الفنان في الأعمال الزخرفية، التي تنبني على عدة قواعد وأسس بهدف التزيين والتجميل، ومنح المعمار فنيته وجماليته، فضلا عن دعم القدرات وصقل المواهب، وفتح افاق واعدة في سوق الشغل.

ويسهر على هذه الورشات، اختصاصيون في مجال الزخرفة الصناعية الذين سيؤطرون ورشات فن الأسقف والأرضيات ذات الأبعاد الثلاثية 3D، والأسقف المزخرفة بالصباغة على الخشب(فن تزواقت) والزجاج المزخرف.
