تعزيزا لاتفاقية الشراكة المبرمة بين  اللجنة الجهوية لحقوق الإنسان ببني ملال- خنيفرة وجامعة السلطان مولاي سليمان ببني ملال  ، تم الخميس 16 دجنبر 2021  توقيع اتفاقية شراكة فرعية بين  كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية ببني ملال  واللجنة الجهوية لحقوق الإنسان بحضور كل من رئيس جامعة السلطان مولاي سليمان نبيل حمينة  و عميد كلية الآداب و العلوم الإنسانية محمد عاملي و رئيس اللجنة الجهوية لحقوق الإنسان  السيد أحمد توفيق الزينبي . وأشرفت اللجنة الجهوية لحقوق الإنسان على تنشيط دورة تكوينية لفائدة  الطلبة والطالبات المنضوين والمنضويات في نادي التربية على المواطنة و حقوق الإنسان بالكلية وتقديم التوجهات العامة التي تنبني عليها ثقافة حقو الانسان والتعريف بالمواثيق الدولية والعالمية.

و تمحورت الدورة حول حقوق الإنسان و خصائصها و مبادئها ومرجعياتها الدولية و الوطنية، كما تناولت الورشة التي جمعت بين الجانب النظري والعملي مفهوم المواطنة و مبادئها الأساسية و مستوياتها و أبعادها من جهة وسبل نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان والمواطنة الفاعلة التي تربط الحقوق بالواجبات  في الوسط الجامعي .
